Need help? You can reach a person, and you don’t need an account to do it.

Email us

We aim to reply within two business days. It helps if you include:

the email address on your League Sage account, if you have one
your league or organization name
what you were trying to do, and what happened instead
the device and browser or app you were using

From inside the app

If you’re a coach or captain and the problem involves another team, you can message their leaders directly from Messages — no need to go through support.

For anything else, email us at support@leaguesage.com. Your organization may also list its own contact email on its registration page, if your league has set one up.

Account help

Can’t sign in? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. If your league imported your account and you’ve never set a password, see Claiming your account.

Wrong team, or missing from a roster? Your coach or league administrator manages rosters directly — contacting them is usually faster than us. If you don’t know who that is, email us and we’ll point you to the right person.

Want your account deleted? Go to Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. Deletion runs after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel it. You can also email us and we’ll take care of it.

Questions about fees, dues, or refunds

League registration fees and dues are set and collected by your league organization, not by League Sage. For anything about what you were charged, a refund, or an alternative way to pay, contact your league directly — most leagues publish a treasurer contact on their registration page, shown in the app next to the amount owed.

If you can’t reach them, email us and we’ll help you make contact.
