Your Overview page

Organization → Overview is the first page you land on as an org admin. It answers two questions after a game night: what happened, and what needs you.

The chips at the top right — 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days, Season — set how far back the page looks. 7 days is the default. Your last choice is remembered on that device, and the range is part of the page address, so you can send someone a link to “the last 30 days”.

Under the heading: games played, games that still need a score (red when there are any), contested scores (amber), survey responses, and umpire gaps in the next two weeks. Each number jumps to its section.

A grid with one column per day (or per week when the range is longer than two weeks) and four rows:

  • Not submitted — the game was played and nobody entered a score.
  • One side only — one captain reported, the other hasn’t. These confirm themselves after three days if nobody disputes.
  • Contested — the two captains entered different scores.
  • Confirmed — done, including forfeits.

A dash means no games that day, or games that haven’t started yet. In the 7- and 14-day views, tap a number to open that day’s scores with the editor.

Every post-game survey response for games in the range, newest first, with the game rating and — when an umpire was assigned — the umpire rating. A response with a 1- or 2-star rating gets a red Umpire 1★ or Game 2★ tag and sorts to the top. Responses are shown without the player’s name. Responses that left a rating but no comment are counted on a line at the bottom rather than listed. If no season has surveys turned on, the card says so and links to the season settings.

Always the next 14 days, whatever range is picked:

  • No umpire — assign one right there, or Broadcast the game to your officials.
  • One-sided row — a game that only one team’s schedule shows; Repair opens the season schedule where one click restores the other side.
  • Field risk — a field with a questionable or likely-cancelled forecast in the next 48 hours; opens Field conditions, where you can cancel the night in one go.

When there is nothing, the card says “Nothing in the next 14 days.”

Tonight’s schedule with the same inline score editor as Game day → Scores.

Site admins can open Platform tools for a separate overview of the whole application. System health appears at the top, followed by organization and account totals, email delivery, reported AI costs, failures needing attention, operator alerts, and recent admin activity.

The left menu has Organizations, Users, Operations, AI, and Utilities, each with its own dashboard and links to its management tools. Open organization returns to the selected organization’s workspace.

In Operations, background jobs show Last fired, Last success, duration, and any recorded error. Last fired describes the most recently completed run; a running job updates when it finishes. Overdue, Failed, and No history are separate states. Hover a timestamp to see the exact time. Operator alerts show when an alert was last delivered and whether it is still active.

Dashboards refresh every minute while visible. Use Refresh to check immediately. AI costs include only calls that reported a price, and each feature shows its pricing coverage. Integration status indicates whether configuration is present.

These platform dashboards are available only to site admins. Organization admins continue using their own Overview.
