Check playing time
Fair playing time is easy to intend and hard to track by memory. The Playtime tab on the Stats page adds it up for you from the lineups and scores you already record — no extra data entry.

Who can do this
Section titled “Who can do this”Coaches and captains. Players don’t see the tab, and the tab says so under its heading (“Private to team leaders — players can’t view this”) so you never have to wonder whether the numbers are visible to the roster. It appears for softball and kickball teams (sports with a fielding lineup), and only while you’re looking at one team — it hides when Combine all orgs is on.
- Open Stats and click the Playtime pill at the top right (it sits after Splits).
- Read the table. For each player: games present out of games counted, attendance %, innings at a position (Inn), innings on the bench (Bench), bench % and plate appearances. It opens sorted by Bench % so the players getting the least time are at the top — click any column header to re-sort, click again to flip.
- Click a player’s row to expand the game-by-game list: which games they were there for, how many innings that game reached, and their innings played / benched and plate appearances in it. An Absent chip marks games they missed.
- Use the numbers as a starting point for the next lineup — a reserve who has been benched all season shows up as 0 innings played and 100% bench.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Innings only count as far as the game was actually recorded. A game you scored through the fifth inning counts as a five-inning game for everyone in it, so a mercy-rule finish doesn’t inflate anyone’s bench time. The flip side: if you stop scoring early, that game looks shorter than it was.
- Who was there comes from the saved lineup, including reserves. If a game has no lineup at all, the RSVP “Going” list stands in and the game gets an RSVP chip in the breakdown.
- Subs and observers are left out so occasional fill-ins don’t skew the picture.
- Practices, socials, scrimmages, cancelled games, forfeits, and games that haven’t happened yet are never counted.
- The numbers are recomputed from your lineups every time — fixing a lineup after the fact fixes the playtime too.
