Finding your league's rules
If your organization has published a rulebook for your sport, you can read it any time — no login trickery, just a link. It shows up in a few places depending on where you happen to be.
Who can do this
Section titled “Who can do this”Anyone — the rules page itself doesn’t require being signed in, so you can share the link with anyone who wants to check a rule.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”- Your dashboard. If your current team’s season has a rulebook assigned, a Useful Links card appears on your dashboard (on the right side on desktop) with a “📖” link to it. Your organization may also add its own “🔗” links there — a field map, a rainout hotline, a sponsor — which open in a new tab. No rulebook and no links for your current team means no card. Switch teams from the team picker to see another team’s.
- The season’s registration page. Before you’ve even joined a team, the public page for a season (the one you’d register through) shows a “League rules” link if that season has one.
- Your organization’s registration portal. Browsing available seasons for an organization? Any season card with a rulebook shows a small “Rules” link right on the card.
- A game page. Open any of your games and look for the “📖 League rules” link near the top — it links to the rulebook covering that game’s season.
Not seeing a link anywhere? Your organization hasn’t published a rulebook for your season yet — there’s nothing else to check.
Reading the page
Section titled “Reading the page”The rules page opens with a Contents box listing every section, built from the rulebook’s headings — tap any entry to jump straight to that part of the page instead of scrolling. Sub-sections (like “Pitching to a Female” under “Pitching”) are nested under their parent section in the list. The page works the same on your phone as your computer, and it always shows your organization’s name and the rulebook’s name at the top so you know exactly which rules you’re reading.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The page is read-only — only your organization’s admins can edit the rules. If you spot something that seems out of date or wrong, ask a coach or captain to flag it with your admin.
- Rules can change mid-season if an admin edits the rulebook — the page always shows the current version, not a snapshot from whenever you first opened it.
- The link works without signing in, so it’s fine to text or share it with a teammate, an opponent, or anyone asking “what’s the rule on that?”
