Install League Sage on your phone

League Sage works fine in a regular mobile browser, but installing it gets you a home-screen icon, a full-screen view with no browser bar, and a sign-in that lasts a lot longer — handy when you’re scoring a game at the field.

Anyone, on any phone or tablet. There’s no app-store download — you install it straight from the browser.

  1. Open League Sage in Safari and sign in.
  2. Tap the Share icon (a square with an arrow) in the toolbar.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add to confirm.
  5. From now on, open League Sage from the new icon on your home screen.
  1. Open League Sage in Chrome and sign in.
  2. Tap the menu in the top right.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen (some versions of Chrome show Install app instead).
  4. Confirm by tapping Add / Install.
  5. Launch League Sage from the new icon going forward.
  • Signing in from the installed app keeps you signed in for months at a time instead of about a week — one less thing to deal with mid-game.
  • The installed app still needs a connection to load new pages, but if you’re scoring a game and lose signal at the field, your at-bats are queued on the device and sent automatically once you’re back online — nothing is lost.
  • You only need to install it once per device. Updates happen automatically in the background after that.
  • Prefer the browser? Everything works exactly the same way without installing — installing is just a shortcut, plus the longer sign-in.
